Michael Retherford
CEO/Co-Owner
Mike Retherford brings more than 30 years of leadership and management experience to Speedpro Imaging. He has held senior executive level positions at the highest levels of organizations.
He is an experienced executive officer that has provided decisive leadership, management and guidance with a proven ability to dramatically increase operating results and profitability of businesses. Mike has directed planning, performed business valuation, negotiated and implemented multiple acquisitions that exceeded aggressive net cash flow expectations.
Mike is a graduate of the University of Iowa where he received a Bachelor of Science in Finance. In addition, he received an Executive MBA from the Darden Business School at the University of Virginia.

Denise Retherford
President/Co-Owner
Denise Retherford brings 20 years of management experience to Speedpro Imaging. She has held management positions at several different organizations.
Denise has an eye for quality print production; good process orientation and a strong sense for doing what’s right for our customers.
Denise and Mike have been married for nearly 30 years, and are graduates and avid sports fans of the University of Iowa. Together they have three sons and one grandchild.

Danny Jimenez
Sales Director
Danny Jimenez brings over 15 years in the graphics industry, and has experience in all aspects of large format imagery and sign manufacturing. He has held sales and director level positions in various companies. At Proveer/Sign Supply, Danny was directly responsible for significantly growing their Orlando market share and profitability. His positive impact at Proveer was felt by the people he directed, and in serving his large format customers with knowledge, passion and integrity.
Danny has experience in electrical signage, architectural signage, large format printing, and super-wide format printing. His extensive knowledge of digital media products and substrate applications leads customers to new and innovative solutions that create lasting impact. His equipment/technology knowledge has allowed him to understand where the industry is moving, and how large format companies are changing to serve tomorrows needs. He was the lead implementer for HP Latex technology with North American HP dealer.
Danny studied aerospace science at the University of Miami, and enjoys practicing & teaching Martial Arts for the past 25 years.

Miguel Dager
Print Specialist/ Graphic Design
Miguel has 14 years experience in print production, pre-press, color proofing, retouching and operating large format equipment. He is a self-taught master of graphic design and Adobe Suite, and we have never seen anyone faster and more skilled. His creativity and design speed has been instrumental in ramping up our print production. Miguel has extended our knowledge and capability in using white ink and improved our overall print quality.
Miguel was the winner of the 2011 Puma Ducati photography contest.

Gilberto Pasmin
Production Specialist
Gilberto leads our product finishing group, and is an Industrial engineer from Colombia. He has 16 years experience in optimization of productive systems in sign and digital print industry.
Gilberto has extensive experience in large format manufacturing, including mounting, laminating and installation. He is a certified 3M installer, and makes difficult finish work and installations, appear easy.
